ONLINE COACHING COURSES VIA SKYPE OR ZOOM
(INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED)
In view of the present situation with Covid-19 and recent advice from the Public Health Authority in Greece (and other countries) I have decided to develop live online coaching pottery throwing courses via Skype or Zoom, along with the the workshops which will resume in July
I’m aware that there are excellent video based courses on YouTube or other online platforms, which ad to the learning process of acquiring skills in Pottery throwing, and I find that all of these teaching tools of virtual learning are very useful.
Nevertheless, I feel that by choosing to do a live online course, I would like to maintain, as much as possible, the atmosphere, the engagement and dynamics of Student-to-Teacher Interaction, that is present when I do a real -life course.
I will be offering either one-to-one or a maximum of 4 people courses, depending on their skill level.
I am confident that these courses will improve your throwing skills prior to your attendance at the Almond Grove.
This prior online experience will also help us take your throwing skills to an even more advanced level when you are here in Greece to participate in the workshop.

WORKSHOPS RESUMED IN JULY
Hello to all,
I just wanted to let you know that I started workshops again in July.
Given the unique circumstances. I have downsized participation to a maximum of 3 people per course: each participant having her/his own room.
For the time being, we will be adopting the recommended precautions regarding physical distancing: face shields and masks - when needed - hand washing and surface sanitizing; in this way, I am confident that we'll be fine here at the Almond Grove: safe and relaxed so we can all get the most out of the course.
Unfortunately, many airports are still in the ‘red zone’, but we'll know soon enough how the situation will develop and when and how you will be able to travel to Greece.
So lets hope for the best, so we can finally meet and get very muddy and smoky!!
